I’d always prioritised healthy eating, but my journey took a more focused turn twelve years ago with the creation of my handcrafted earthenware sprouter/germinator. Designing this product sparked a renewed appreciation for fresh, homegrown sprouts (no, not Brussels sprouts, though I enjoy those too!). I began experimenting with diverse ingredients, creating delicious and nutritious dishes. As I shared these creations through photography, initially as a way to promote my business, I discovered a deeper purpose: inspiring others to cultivate their own healthy eating habits through visually appealing and accessible food.


These days, I rarely prepare my breakfast, or rather brunch, without mindful intention. Every ingredient is chosen with conscious awareness of its impact. Keeping key groceries on hand makes the process smooth. With practice, I can quickly transform simple ingredients into visually appealing creations – almost like arranging edible jewels. And then, the true joy: savouring each bite. I engage all my senses – admiring the colours, inhaling the aromas, and relishing the flavours. I don’t just eat the food; I experience it fully. This ritual nourishes not only my body but also my soul, heart, and mind with vibrant energy.
